| The results
of an excellent final product are achieved thanks to PUL´s modern
facilities. A last generation carton freezer totally automatic, guarantees an efficient freezing and logistic process. A new deboning and packing room, with automatically controlled equipments, specially designed to follow in an efficient way the products traceability and the continue instant production follow up, is being built. The plant also has modern facilities for slaughter and deboning of sheep meat. Four new coolers with central controlled classification system, passing through a continuous pre cooler, allow to follow the traceability throughout the whole chain without touching the meat at any point; besides improve the sanitary carcass maturing capacity |
